Tom and Mildred’s kitchen remodel was designed to highlight timeless elegance while improving the functionality of the space. Traditional cabinetry with a soft white perimeter and warm walnut island creates a welcoming foundation, while stone countertops bring sophistication and durability. A central island anchors the room, offering prep space, storage, and seating for casual meals. Custom backsplash tile and layered lighting add character and refinement, making the kitchen as beautiful as it is practical for everyday living and entertaining.

The Transformation
Tom and Mildred wanted a larger kitchen space so their entire family could cook and be together during mealtimes and prep. We moved their kitchen from the existing space and rearranged and installed new windows to accommodate the new design. By moving the kitchen, we were able to enlarge their island quite a bit and provide many more feet of countertop space on the perimeter. This change also allowed us to design them a desk section of cabinetry off their garage and a bar section for entertaining by their dining room table.
