We’ve refined and perfected our process over decades of designing luxury kitchens and bathrooms. Every step, from consultation and 3D design to coordinating the contractors who bring it to life, delivers an exceptional experience you’ll remember for all the right reasons.
We'll set up a time to meet with you on-site and talk through your vision for the remodel. Our design team will walk the existing space, listen to your wishlist, take measurements, and ask the questions that help us understand what you want.
Using everything we gather in the consultation, we'll put together a new layout for the kitchen and/or bathroom. 3D concept drawings are created and itemized pricing breakdowns are delivered for you to review.
You'll come into our showroom for a follow-up meeting to walk through the preliminary designs and pricing. This is where we make any revisions to layouts and selections. Once you're happy with the plan, it's time to move forward.
Vetted independent contractors we've worked with for years will demo the existing kitchen and/or bathroom and complete any necessary remodeling of walls, flooring, windows, or doors based on the new design.
We’ll coordinate with our contractors to run new plumbing and electrical lines according to the design, along with any framing changes the new layout requires. All of this behind-the-walls work gets done before drywall goes back up.
Next comes the meticulous process of integrating beautiful new cabinetry, lighting, flooring, hardware, and fixtures. Your independent contractors will install each piece carefully so everything fits together and works the way it should.
